Frist Obeying His Religious Masters
Via Americablog, it seems the NYT is reporting that "Senator Bill Frist, the majority leader, has agreed to join a handful of prominent Christian conservatives in a telecast portraying Democrats as "against people of faith" for blocking President Bush's nominees."

I guess now we know why Frist was honored with the Thomas Jefferson Award in August 2004 by the Council for National Policy. He'll do whatever his religious masters tell him to do. (BTW--how fucked up is it that a group against the separation of church and state would name an award after the man who coined the phrase?)
